About this role
Role Overview
Delivering successful customer and business outcomes by investigating queries
Supporting business processes and understanding business needs
Maintaining a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and stakeholders
Analysing queries accurately and raising with the relevant parties in a timely manner
Suggesting areas of customer and business focused improvement
Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs
Supporting process training and knowledge sharing in the team
Requirements
Ability to collaborate and support the development of positive customer relationships
