Own the flow of internal invoices from submission to sync, ensuring every transaction finds the right place in our cost centers;
Hunt down missing documentation and resolve discrepancies before they reach the month-end finish line. You’re the reason our books stay audit-ready;
Coordinate with our international teams to harmonize how we manage expenses and reporting, ensuring a unified approach, whether the team is in Vilnius, Kyiv, or Tashkent;
Be the helpful face of Finance—guiding colleagues through the platform and making internal spending a frictionless experience for everyone;
Ensure our internal expenses stay on track and aligned with company goals, providing clarity and oversight on our day-to-day operations.
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field;
1+ year of experience in Finance, Accountancy, Audit, or Finance Controlling;
Good MS Excel and Google Sheets skills;
Analytical mindset;
High level of attention to detail and responsible attitude to work;
At least B1 English level and fluency in Ukrainian.
