Manage and coordinate all visa submissions, renewals, and cancellations within the Free Zone
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements and managing candidate follow-up
Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for all employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies
Ensure all HR practices are compliant with UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role
Prior experience working within a Free Zone environment in the UAE is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (such as BambooHR, or similar)
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations
Experience in visa processing and government relations within the UAE
Prior exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, or financial services environment is an advantage
