Senior Customer Account Manager

Role Overview

• Act as a business partner to existing customers for sales and problem resolution
• Conduct biannual account reviews and customer interactions
• Prepare sales documentation and retain business customers through solution-based selling

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, MS Teams, Salesforce, and MS Outlook
• Sales experience required
