About this role
Role Overview
Identify and engage decision-makers such as Workplace and Facility Managers, Asset Managers, and Property Managers.
Manage long and complex B2B sales cycles – from prospecting to closing.
Use HubSpot to maintain a high-performance sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to offer tailored solutions.
Close deals, exceed targets, and build long-lasting relationships.
Take on increasing sales responsibilities within the Dutch market – this position is a launchpad for future leadership.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.
A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.
You’re energized by mobility innovation, smart buildings, and urban tech.
An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to evangelize a market.
You’re not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients’ needs.

You speak Dutch natively and English effortlessly.
