Own and drive North America downstream marketing strategy for assigned product lines

Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy
Lead the full marketing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and performance optimization
Drive multi-channel marketing programs across digital, events, dealer networks, and field marketing
Establish clear KPIs and track campaign performance, ROI, and business impact
Support product lifecycle management, including product launches, commercialization strategies, and portfolio positioning
Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals

6-8+ years of progressive marketing experience in Dental, MedDevice, B2B, MedTech, or other complex commercial and regulated environments
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
Proven success in demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and product commercialization
Experience partnering with Sales organizations
Prior people leadership experience
Strong background in market segmentation, positioning, and customer insights
Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (digital, events, channel/dealer marketing)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Showpad)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
MBA or advanced degree preferred
