Requirements
Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management or Management, or a Bachelor’s degree plus one additional year of professional experience
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience after graduating with a Master’s degree, or up to 4 years of relevant work experience after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree
Significant international exposure (study/work/living abroad for at least 6 months) and strong intercultural orientation
Openness to a wide range of challenging experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Global mindset and willingness to work abroad
Excellent command of English; proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage
Motivation for international exchange and business travel abroad
