Role Overview
- Support for the onboarding process of new employees
- Requesting and tracking access permissions, equipment and integrations
- Organizing internal communications and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities
- Supporting HR administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding flow
- Maintaining spreadsheets and monitoring internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive and collaborative profile
- Previous experience in HR is a plus
