About this role
Role Overview
Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels
Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
Assist with HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation
Coordinate communication between employees, management, and HR teams
Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration preferred
Software experience required: Indeed and similar recruitment platforms
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare systems is an advantage
