Provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions
Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes
Follows standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs
Inputs employee life cycle changes into HRIS system, including hires, transfers, promotions and terminations
Applies established rules and processes for each type of employee and transaction
Coordinates with senior team members to process non-routine transactions
Utilizes established queries to audit own work and perform daily quality checks on all transactions processed
Corrects any errors found in a timely fashion
Coordinates with departmental administrators, Payroll and other departments to resolve semi-complex issues related to pay, benefits, status, title, retroactive changes, etc.
Assists with educating departments with various policies and necessary forms required for processing employee changes
Answers routine questions
Provides clerical and administrative support as needed
Requirements
Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
Attention to detail required
Effective communication skills, verbal and written required
