Role Overview
MANAGE CASES – You are responsible for each case's status, next step, and owner.
COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS – You schedule on-site appointments with customers and dispatch installation teams.
MANAGE CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS – You conduct welcome calls, resolve defects, and collect payments.
PUSH INTERNALLY – You prompt sales colleagues to update the CRM.
MAINTAIN CLEAN DATA – You ensure all data is up to date and all documents are complete.
RESOLVE OUTSTANDING ITEMS – You follow up on customers' outstanding payments and document the actions taken.
Requirements
PRECISE CASE MANAGEMENT – You handle 20+ open cases involving multiple stakeholders.
FIRM NEGOTIATION – You conduct difficult conversations with focus and purpose.
INTERNAL ASSERTIVENESS – You raise issues directly and persist until they are resolved.
INDEPENDENT FOLLOW-UP – You follow up, verify results, and maintain order.
ACTIVE TOOL USAGE – You actively use CRM and project management tools to run your work.
