Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for new hires: prepare offer materials, run background checks, complete new-hire paperwork, set up equipment access, and facilitate orientation.
Prepare standard TA reports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, new hires, diversity metrics) and support ad-hoc analyses.
Support recruiting operations: post jobs, screen basic applications, schedule interviews, maintain applicant tracking system hygiene, and coordinate candidate communications.
Serve as a point of contact for Talent Acquisitions; escalate complex issues to Talent Acquisition Leader
Support HR projects (process improvements, system implementations, DEI initiatives) and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or administrative role supporting HR functions.
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Rippling) and strong comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid knowledge of employment-related documentation and basic compliance (I-9, W-4, state reporting).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver tasks on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in a technology, consulting, or environmental services firm.
Exposure to benefits administration and leave management processes.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or working toward certification.
