Be the data intelligence point of reference within the Customer Success area, responsible for deeply studying customer base behavior;
Analyze and cross-reference platform usability, product usage, engagement, financials and health score data to generate strategic insights;
Monitor health indicators of the customer base, anticipating risks and opportunities to support proactive decisions throughout the customer journey;
Structure analyses and studies that guide CS team actions across the entire journey, from activation to retention and expansion;
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a clear, actionable view for CS, Enablement, Product, Sales and Operations teams;
Analyze churn patterns and expansion opportunities within the customer base, generating strategic inputs to support area decisions and guide targeted actions along the customer journey;
Act as a bridge between data and strategy, ensuring the team’s decisions are always guided by analytical intelligence.

Passion for numbers, analysis and turning data into decisions!
Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets;
Basic knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio;
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus);
Logical reasoning and critical thinking to propose evidence-based improvements;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields.
