Role Overview
- use your enthusiasm and empathy to help us troubleshoot, understand, and delight our customer base
- maintain and communicate in line with our standards and ambitious product plans
- get to know and navigate Breezy inside-out
- help our customers achieve their goals with patience and humor
- recognize when a customer might need further assistance and escalate issues when necessary
- track support metrics and blow past customer success goals
- identify trends in common issues and help develop training programs for future customers
Requirements
- some experience making customers happy as a primary job function
- enthusiastic and comfy around technology, the SaaS space, and/or recruiting and human resources
- familiarity with Trello and Intercom not required but beneficial
