About this role

Support the planning, organization and execution of internal marketing (endomarketing), employee engagement and employee experience initiatives;
Develop and support internal communications such as emails, announcements, campaigns, corporate presentations and content for internal channels;
Assist with organizing internal events, celebratory activities, seasonal events, onboarding, recognition campaigns and internal activations;
Monitor internal communication calendars and assist in organizing the team's requests and priorities;
Assist in collecting feedback, organizing internal surveys and metrics related to employee experience;
Support administrative HR tasks related to communication and engagement initiatives.

Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint is a plus);
Interest in working with internal marketing, organizational culture and internal communication;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
