Jump into projects – work on ad hoc projects, analysing, researching and improving HR services and processes.
Support colleagues and line managers by resolving their queries and providing advice and guidance on general HR matters through our multiple channels (comms channels, email, calls and in-person).
Work on key internal projects focusing on AI.
Generate ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working across HR Support.
Support HR change initiatives including employee relations matters.
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of communicating with people at all levels.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and be a confident communicator.
Thorough attention to detail with focus on delivery and the ability to work under pressure.
Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Studying a degree in any field (HR or related subject is preferable).
