Lead a project-based initiative to build a complete and accurate job library for the organization
Partner with HR team members and business leaders to review, draft, and update job descriptions across multiple functional areas
Ensure job descriptions are consistent with organizational job architecture
Assist in evaluating job levels, scope, and competencies to support alignment with career paths and talent practices
Apply best practices for job description structure, language, and compliance considerations
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a centralized job description repository
Track project progress, maintain documentation, support change-management efforts, and deliver regular status updates and final results
Develop or update process documentation, templates, and user guides related to job description management
Support HR with ad hoc initiatives related to talent management, job architecture, or process improvement as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate information into clear, concise job descriptions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint or similar document management tools is a plus
Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Proficient in Ai tools and Ai prompting
Familiarity with HR systems, job libraries, or content management tools
Interest in HR strategy, job design, and workforce planning
Prior HR internship or project experience (corporate or consulting)
