Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients in the financial sector, ensuring close engagement and high-quality relationships;
Support client onboarding and acclimation processes;
Work alongside commercial managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
Monitor satisfaction, engagement, and portfolio health metrics;
Support the development of action plans for customer retention;
Record and track information in CRM systems and management tools;
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams;
Assist in resolving client requests and ensure a positive customer experience;
Participate in strategic meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

Previous experience as a commercial analyst, tech recruiter, in consultative customer service, or in client relationship roles;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical and well-organized profile;
Comfortable building relationships and collaborating in a team;
Knowledge of CRM systems and client tracking tools;
Ability to identify business opportunities and work in a consultative manner.
