Sell the complete Red Hat solutions portfolio, including Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, Ansible and professional services & training
Work closely with cross functional team to identify key projects, programs, and customers to sell Red Hat’s solutions
Advise senior IT and C-level executives within key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers
Manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing; maintain sustainable revenue across technologies
Develop new solutions strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of value and guide implementations of Red Hat’s solutions
Manage the account planning process and delivery of strategic plans
Showcase a high level of proficiency with Red Hat Sales Cloud tooling (Salesforce CRM)
Maintain, host and lead consistent onsite customer meetings to develop relationships and explore initiatives to develop growth solutions
Requirements
7+ years of solutions sales experience, with 2+ of those years focused on selling directly to strategic enterprise customers.
Solid understanding of the open source model, AI, DevSecOps, and IT Modernization
Experience working in a consultative customer engagement with a major enterprise software company
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives at large companies
Broad understanding of the clienteles acquisition and budgeting processes
Ability to maintain a sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings, solutions and a broad ecosystem
Ability to work within a complex matrixed organization with open source community solutions
Proven experience to lead an extended team of technical sales associates
Excellent track record of forecasting accuracy
A highly collaborative and energetic approach to leading, guiding teams and clients in developing and executing solutions that provide realized value and benefit
