Role Overview
- Lead and manage complex IT and SAP projects;
- Work on initiatives related to SAP;
- Integrations with legacy systems;
- AMS (Application Management Services);
- Plan, monitor and control project schedules, deliverables and milestones;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, clients and vendors;
- Delegate tasks and track delivery execution;
- Manage risks, issues and project impacts;
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions;
- Investigate, define and resolve complex problems;
- Recommend the most appropriate methods, tools and approaches for each scenario;
- Ensure effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences;
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and stakeholders with shared objectives;
- Monitor activities to ensure deadlines, quality and compliance are met;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technological evolution;
- Stay continuously updated on new technologies and market trends;
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in decision-making;
Requirements
- Experience in AMS (Application Management Services);
- Strong experience in SAP projects and integrations with legacy systems;
- Solid knowledge of methodologies: Agile and Waterfall;
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
- Experience leading and coordinating teams;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to operate in complex and multicultural environments;
- Knowledge of information systems and alignment between technology and business;
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: SAP certification;
- Agile certifications;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA;
- Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology;
- Experience in global, enterprise environments;
- Experience in digital transformation and integration of corporate systems.
