Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation
Manage cross-functional operations projects to ensure successful implementation and sustainable impact
Act as the main point of contact for 3PLs, managing relationships from sourcing to contract negotiation
Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and revenue

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in operations or strategy, ideally from consulting or a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data management, in-depth data analysis, and delivering actionable insights
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations, preferably within logistics or 3PL partnerships
Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions, identify performance drivers, and implement improvements collaboratively
Being professionally fluent in English and German.
