Floy GmbH is on a mission to build the infrastructure for personalized health, and they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Working Student to join their Business Development – Sales & Expansion team. In this role, you will help establish new partnerships and expand into new markets, contributing to the mission of improving patient outcomes through earlier detection.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and personalized communication
- Engage potential partners via professional outbound calls and emails - with the goal of building strong, lasting relationships
- Qualify leads and forward high-potential opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure
- Effectively communicate Floy’s value proposition, showcasing the impact of our products and services on patient care and radiology workflows
- Collaborate with the team to design and execute market-entry strategies for different countries
- Support marketing initiatives by following up on leads generated through campaigns, conferences, and industry events
Requirements:
- You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree - ideally in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills: you know how to spark interest and create meaningful conversations, whether via email, phone, or in person
- A positive and energetic mindset: your enthusiasm motivates both prospects and teammates
- A goal-driven attitude: you're motivated to exceed expectations and celebrate achievements
- Native-level language skills in German and strong proficiency in English
- A hands-on mentality and readiness to take ownership within a fast-paced, dynamic team
