As a User Researcher, you are responsible for the research activities within a project team.
You support the team in translating insights into digital products and services that address users’ needs.
End-to-end research ownership: You lead research initiatives from planning and design through communicating findings and continuously improving our products and services.
Broad methodological range: You design and conduct a wide range of research activities at every phase of the product development cycle, e.g. in-depth interviews, concept tests, usability tests, surveys, and more.
Optimizing user journeys using multiple data points: You apply method triangulation across primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative data sources to build a comprehensive picture of user behavior and optimize user journeys.
Collaborative teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from a multidisciplinary project team in an agile environment to analyze, synthesize, and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
Research documentation and results communication: You document research findings in our internal knowledge management tool and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Research operations: You support the research sub-discipline in the area of research operations.
Requirements
You have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, including engaging team colleagues in research activities.
You have professional expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys, and user journey mapping.
You are able to include all types of users in appropriate research activities to help teams understand the diversity of users of public administration services. Ideally, you are familiar with projects in the public sector.
You can deliver high-quality research findings within tight timeframes.
You speak fluent German (C1) and English (C1). We use both English and German in everyday work.
