About this role

Support of operations controlling for the client’s business units
Conduct analytical evaluations of operational activities and identify optimization potentials
Develop proactive recommendations for action based on your analyses
Contribute to operational planning together with Senior Controlling Managers
Establish and further develop KPIs, dashboards and reports
Work closely with business-area controllers and the central controlling team
Gradually develop into the role of a holdings/participations controller
Support the continued growth of the corporate group

Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a business/economics focus
Initial practical experience in controlling or data analysis is a plus but not mandatory
Strong numerical aptitude and enthusiasm for analytical tasks
IT affinity: quick to learn tools and make efficient use of digital applications
Solution-oriented, agile mindset — you shape processes rather than just maintain them
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with different personalities
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
