Senior Communications Analyst – Internal Communications

Role Overview

• Plan, structure and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities, anticipating needs, risks and opportunities; report to the Internal Communications Coordinator and act as the focal point for various internal clients (areas and business units).
• Work strategically with excellent execution, producing and editing content for internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, corporate TV, digital and print publications), ensuring agility, quality and efficiency in delivery.
• Actively participate in the creation and rollout of integrated campaigns, focusing on clarity, engagement and impact across different internal audiences.
• Make technical and editorial decisions in alignment with coordination and management, considering the objectives of internal and corporate communications, context and reputational risks.
• Serve as a technical reference for internal communications to internal clients, peers and partners.
• Manage the interface with suppliers and agencies, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and alignment with the defined plan, and be responsible for compliance with action budgets.
• Work on LATAM communications, collaborating with communication specialists from international operations; produce, edit, review and approve content in Spanish, actively supporting countries and international areas in Spanish.
• Responsible for the area's administrative processes (registration, requisitions and payments), performing these tasks with organization and responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Public Relations.
• Solid experience in Internal Communications, with experience in medium or large organizations.
• Experience at corporate communication or internal communication agencies is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish (speaking, writing and comprehension) for work with LATAM operations. Language skills may be tested.
• Preferably intermediate or advanced English.
• Desirable knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
