Monitor market trends and consumer behavior, suggesting improvements and opportunities for the category;
Support the development and testing of beverage and dessert recipes, ensuring standardization and feasibility;
Support the execution and standardization of in-store café products at the point of sale;
Support the creation, delivery and recording of short training videos for the network related to products and café execution;
Monitor café performance indicators, contributing analyses and reports to support decision-making;
Develop reports, dashboards and presentations;
Work cross-functionally with internal teams under the guidance and direction of leadership;
Monitor the chocolate market and competitors, tracking launches, innovations, price movements, promotions, portfolio renewals and discontinuations, and prepare a monthly report with actionable insights;
Identify opportunities to optimize the product mix, including product evolution, replacement or simplification;
Support launch, renewal and delist decisions based on data and structured analyses;
Monitor price pass-throughs and cost variations, assessing impacts on portfolio positioning and competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Engineering, Gastronomy or related fields;
Previous experience as an analyst with exposure to product, category or café/coffee shop operations;
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency;
Interest in trends and innovation;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
