The Strategy Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, lead the pre-sales process, and provide strategic advisory to clients, ensuring exceptional outcomes and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own proposal development processes for high-value RFPs, ensuring seamless project management, strategic rigor, and delivery of exceptional client outcomes
- Provide strategic advisory to clients C-suite executives and internal stakeholders, translating complex challenges into actionable, innovative solutions
- Drive the creation of compelling pitch materials that articulate strategic visions and showcase the value of proposed campaigns
- Confidently pitch campaign ideas and RFPs to C-suite executives, both virtually and in-person
- Architect integrated marketing strategies that leverage multi-channel approaches to achieve measurable client success and business growth
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment with client objectives and brand strategies
- Lead the development of frameworks and processes to streamline strategic collaboration across departments and enhance efficiency
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement training programs to equip team members with cutting-edge skills and adapt to evolving industry trends
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience at an agency working within the social, creative, business development, and/or strategy spaces
- Extensive experience in all areas of marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing
- Proven track record in developing and presenting executive-level projects and pitches to C-suite leadership
- A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients and handling large budget opportunities for Fortune 500 companies

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience working directly with brands and at agencies
