About this role

Assist with organizing and uploading files, materials, and presentations to the network and SharePoint;
Support the organization and production of newsletter content in collaboration with the team's analysts;
Provide operational support for creating and scheduling announcements and email marketing pieces on the company's platforms;
Support administrative marketing tasks, including payments, promotional item inventory, and organization of printed materials;
Assist in proofreading and reviewing corporate and commercial materials;
Support the creation and editing of captions for institutional social media channels;
Assist in organizing schedules, materials, and operational requests for the department;
Support analysts and the designer in daily marketing department routines.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
Previous academic experience such as university projects or extracurricular courses is desirable;
Previous internship experience in marketing or communications is preferred;
Interest in corporate communication, corporate marketing, and social media.
