Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields;
Experience in Compliance or Corporate Governance;
Good knowledge of governance and compliance standards, policies, and practices;
Strong skills in data organization, controls, and report preparation;
Teaching ability and communication skills to deliver training.
