Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with IT/ITES Companies
- Good knowledge about AMCs of engineering equipment (air-conditioner, UPS batteries, access control system, firefighting system)
- Preventive Maintenance of equipment
- Housekeeping management, cafeteria management, security management, key management, front office management, contracting with various service provider, Fleet Management
- Annual budgeting exercise for Facilities operations
- Help DR for AMC Negotiations, Vendor selections and finalization with the Procurement Team
- Execute successful RFP process for vendor selection related to facilities
- Expertise in development of SOPs for various tasks related to Facilities function (security, AMC, fire drill, car parking, asset movements, visitor policy)
- Setup a fortnightly helpdesk for Operations team/clients to understand and resolve issues
- Expertise in MS-Office, especially on Data Analysis and presentation to Management
- Good communication skills
- Experience in supervising Transport operation for 750 employees
- Conduct periodic vendor performance review for Admin & Transport
- Share daily/weekly/monthly operational report to DR
