We are seeking a professional to join the tax audit response team, with a Law degree and strong knowledge of tax matters (indirect taxes required; direct taxes desirable), with at least 5 years of experience performing the following activities (tax audit focus):
Experience reading DTE (Electronic Tax Domicile) for federal, state and municipal authorities;
Analysis of notifications, interpretation and routing to the areas responsible for the data needed in responses;
Interaction with internal teams responsible for producing information and organizing meetings;
Drafting responses to tax authorities;
Tracking and managing deadlines;
Direct contact with tax inspectors/auditors;
Preparing reports to support audit responses.
Strong writing skills, proactivity, good communication, ability to interact with tax inspectors and ease working in a team are essential.

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
Strong writing skills, experience drafting petitions or legal filings, proactivity, teamwork skills and intellectual curiosity.
