Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, translating strategic briefs into executable creative concepts, timelines, and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement social content, including internal & external creative teams, partners, and collaborators.
Oversee creation of social-first content across formats (video, static, etc.), ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand voice and platform guidelines, while providing creative direction and owning the feedback loop through final delivery.
Drive production efficiency by managing workflows, identifying process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of content at scale.
Provide guidance on social media guidelines, emerging trends, and optimization opportunities for organic efforts.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
4-7 years Social media experience with brand and traffic building focus for both organic and paid social channels (Preferred)
4-7 years Social content development or content strategist role including client-facing experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients (Preferred)
4-7 years Digital content optimization experience for large scale firm
Experience in one or more of the following: social media agency, digital agency or digital publishing (Preferred)
