Provide consultations and advice on foundational financial topics to plan participants
Ensure participants take actionable steps for future financial success
Role responsible for increasing assets under management (AUM) by initiating proactive discussions
Educate or advise participants on Empower Managed Account Services solutions
Document information from conversations with clients pertinent to business and relationship development to be referenced for follow-up calls
Responsible for providing fiduciary advice by leveraging Empower Best Interest Profile tool when appropriate
Requirements
FINRA Series 7, and 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) registrations required within corporate-established timelines
FINRA fingerprinting required
CFP and/or CRPC preferred
3+ years financial industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams
Self-starter with demonstrated success in problem solving
Experience working in a metrics/activity driven team
Goal and results oriented with high level of accountability to produce positive results that directly correlate to retention and increasing assets under management and participant growth for managed accounts
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
