Understands full project sequencing and uses this knowledge to mentor project managers.
Manages multiple large federal construction projects, including renovation, design/build, and ground-up work ranging from $1M to $50M+.
Builds and leads effective project teams, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Prepares and reviews budgets, cash flow, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, and pay applications.
Supports conflict resolution, personnel matters, and project challenges.
Reviews monthly invoices, submittals, and documentation, including RMS.
Mentors project managers and field staff, promoting professional growth.
Participates in bidding, proposal development, subcontracting, and change order management.
Builds strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support future opportunities.

7-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree depending on contract requirements.
Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, USEPA, USAF, NPS, or Coast Guard projects.
Strong understanding of federal contracts (JOC, IDIQ, SATOC, MATOC, etc.).
Skilled in planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract compliance.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Teams, Viewpoint, AutoCAD Reader, and other required software.
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel up to 25% and obtain necessary clearances.
