Role Overview
- Contribute to the design of tailored training tools
- Develop engaging digital training formats
- Design training materials related to new product launches
- Update and optimize existing tools and training modules
- Coordinate and engage the community of trainers
Requirements
- Master’s level (Bac+4) or equivalent higher education
- Practical experience in field sales
- Previous experience in training or project management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Creativity and strong writing skills to create innovative training content
- Proficiency with computer tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent English; an additional language is a plus
