Monitor project performance, identify risks early, and implement mitigation actions to keep delivery on track.
Requirements
FMCG experience within global organisations.
Background in Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, Visibility, or Commercial Execution roles.
Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-market or multi-channel projects.
Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or agency partners in execution environments.
Strong end-to-end project management capability with ability to deliver at scale.
Excellent organisation and planning skills, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels.
Problem-solving ability with sound judgement and experience in fast-paced environments; UK trade landscape knowledge is beneficial.
