Independent legal research on topics primarily in corporate law, data protection and IT law, medical law, and contract law
Corporate housekeeping – support in preparing corporate documents for the administration of existing companies and the formation of new entities
Strong affinity for IT and data protection law aimed at assessing telemedicine functionalities for legal compliance and developing practical, implementable solutions
Contract-related tasks (e.g., adaptation of Terms and Conditions)

Advanced law studies; preferably in a higher semester or with a passed First State Examination
Generalist approach with willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with different areas of law
Initial experience or academic focus in corporate law, medical law, or data protection/privacy law is desirable
Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working; high attention to detail and pragmatism in day-to-day tasks
Confident demeanor, precise written and verbal communication skills, sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and team orientation
Good command of English, written and spoken; very good MS Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint
