Role Overview
- Architect safety and security across production facilities and restaurants
- Analyze trends and execute targeted field actions based on data
- Ensure compliance and corrective actions are implemented
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders to advocate for safety investments
- Transition from behavioral fixes to permanent engineering controls
- Serve as primary lead for safety and security escalations
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-severity events
Requirements
- 7+ years in Safety & Security management focusing on multi-unit food production
- Strong proficiency in using Origami Risk
- Ability to navigate production floor and boardroom
- Deep knowledge of physical security systems and OSHA regulations
- Prefer being in the field over corporate office
