Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals
Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers
Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstration and/or technical seminar.
Attend local vendor shows and company sponsored trade shows
Implement account action plans, review performance and improve current account sales & support programs for the territory
Act as a resource for colleagues which may include coaching, mentoring, and training

Multiple years of experience in a technical sales related job
Bachelor Degree or higher within Life Science
Native Language Czech and fluent in English
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel 2-3 days/week
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
Ability to travel – 40-60% travel in Czech and Slovakia, mainly Czech.
