Serves as the primary strategic partner for Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) and Regional Operations Directors (RODs)
Builds trust by proactively bringing new ideas, identifying growth opportunities, and independently leading market strategy
Takes full ownership of the growth pipeline, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and new service offerings (e.g., Value-Based Care)
Acts as the primary "door opener" for DaVita in the assigned market
Prepares materials and presentations with high autonomy and strategic depth
Synthesize complex information and data to present actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field required
MBA or MHA strongly preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations required
Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior operations leaders and external partners required
Strong financial acumen and experience with healthcare M&A, value-based care, or joint ventures preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Travel: Up to 30-40% travel within the assigned region/markets.
