Responsibilities:
- Secure partnerships with music professionals for:
- Course creation
- Teaching and mentorship
- Consulting and services
- Build relationships with:
- Artists, producers, DJs, labels, managers, music event promoters, music curators, music supervisors, music festivals, and executives
- Music organizations, collectives, institutions, music companies, tech companies
- Bring high-level talent and visibility to the platform:
- Independent artists
- Established industry professionals
- Influencers and affiliates
- Celebrity endorsements
- Introduce and integrate licensing ZobeLab into:
- Schools
- Colleges and universities
- Music programs and departments
- Position Zobe Academy as a learning and development solution for:
- Students
- Educators
- Institutions
- Secure advertisers for:
- In-app banner placements
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Develop sponsorship deals for:
- ZobeLab events
- Panels, workshops, and activations
- Build affiliate and partnership revenue channels
- Establish ZobeLab presence at:
- Conferences
- Industry events
- Seminars and networking opportunities
- Create partnerships that increase:
- Brand visibility
- Platform credibility
- User acquisition
- Assist in attracting:
- Advisors
- Strategic partners
- Potential investors
- Support relationship development that strengthens funding opportunities
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal execution
- Manage partnership pipeline (LOIs, NDAs, contracts)
- Maintain strong follow-up and account management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or alliances
- Strong network within the music industry (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and build relationships
- Experience in account management and strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the independent music ecosystem
- Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Experience in MusicTech, EdTech, SaaS, or creator platforms
- Existing relationships with educational institutions
- Existing relationships with brands or advertisers
- Existing relationships with industry professionals
- Experience with sponsorships, partnerships, or affiliate programs
