Role Overview
- Independent responsibility for the entire sales cycle for placing freelance IT professionals.
- Acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Identifying business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Negotiating and closing contracts.
- Close collaboration with our delivery team to provide tailored consultant solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
- Strong presentation skills, active networking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Client-facing advisory skills and a demonstrable client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of placing IT consultants.
- Specific knowledge of client landscapes in the Energy, Public, or Military & Defence sectors is a plus.
- Ability to conduct professional business negotiations and build profitable partnerships.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B2).
