Role Overview
- First point of contact for prospective clients
- Daily conversations with CEOs and decision-makers at mid-sized companies
- Conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
- Accurately qualify leads and schedule appointments for closing calls
- Document conversations in the CRM
- Work closely with Marketing and Consulting
- Receive regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Clear communicator and not afraid of phone calls
- Eager to learn sales the right way
- Ambitious and driven to improve measurably
- Ability to follow established processes
- Comfortable working under performance pressure
- Calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
- Open to feedback (tough love over ego)
- Very good written and spoken German
- Initial experience in sales, an agency, or a consulting environment (nice to have)
