Work across 4 core teams within PO, gaining exposure to compensation benchmarking, employee engagement, training initiatives, onboarding coordination, and recruitment operations.
Design and deliver a 6-month final project that enhances a process, tool, or initiative within People Operations.
Work onsite with the Bangkok PO team 3–5 days per week, joining internal meetings, shadowing team members, and supporting employee-facing activities.
Work alongside HR professionals, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Develop hands-on skills in teamwork, stakeholder coordination, and process management.
Gain insight into APAC-level HR operations and people strategy across a multinational tech company.
Requirements
You Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in people operations, organizational development, or corporate culture
Collaborative, curious, and proactive in learning and supporting team goals
Detail-oriented with solid communication and interpersonal skills
