About this role
Role Overview
Help organize and maintain the pipeline selection process, supporting prioritization of projects against business objectives.
Assist the team through the pipeline advancement process, from early ideation to submission.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather input on pipeline prioritization and R&D direction.
Support the implementation of AI models (including Claude) and automation workflows to streamline pipeline analysis and reporting.
Conduct background research on candidate projects and help prepare materials for senior management review.
Help evaluate new business development and licensing opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist with product forecasting by gathering competitive intelligence, pricing data, and scenario inputs.
Help identify potential partnership, in-licensing, and product acquisition opportunities.
Assist with due diligence by helping compile financial analyses and intellectual property summaries.
Help maintain consistent and accurate internal reporting of the pipeline for the Business Development leadership team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and interest in applying them to business workflows.
Problem Solving, Planning and Organizational Skills.
Previous internship, or academic coursework in taxation or corporate accounting preferred.
Work with urgency to ensure that inquiries are efficiently managed.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities under general supervision.
Must be organized and detail/deadline oriented.
Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
Must be willing to take a drug test.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
