About this role
Role Overview
Manage reservation enquiries from Agency partners, meet SLAs, and turn interest into confirmed bookings.
Support the Key Account Director in hitting quarterly budget targets and identifying industry trends that give us a competitive edge.
Assist in the strategic onboarding of new agency partners, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with Bob W’s growth mission.
Help organise and execute client FAM trips and presentations to boost brand awareness and foster long-term loyalty.
Collaborate on building best-in-class sales processes that ensure both bookers and guests receive a 5-star experience.
Utilise CRM tools to track progress, manage relationships, and turn market analysis into actionable sales results.
Requirements
Has at least 1 year of experience in reservations or B2B hospitality sales.
Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Is highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
Builds strong client relationships with excellent communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities confidently.
Takes initiative with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Has experience onboarding and managing client accounts.
Understands hospitality corporate and agency sales channels.
Is comfortable using CRM systems; experience using Pipedrive is a plus.
Is ambitious, collaborative, data-driven, and fluent in English.
