Pioneering & expansion: You will start with an existing team to penetrate the Zurich market while continuing to build and scale your team.
Lead by example: During the build-up phase you will also close deals yourself to understand the process firsthand.
In the thick of it: After the build-up phase, you are responsible for achieving the team’s targets.
Structure & sales craft: You organize the week, run 1:1s and roleplays, and help remove obstacles quickly.
Know your numbers: You know your team members’ key metrics and actively manage performance against them.
Motivation & performance: You design team challenges, strengthen the sales culture, and ensure everyone continuously improves and develops.
Requirements
Sales passion & hands-on mentality: You have at least 3–4 years of field sales experience and love being on the front line.
Leadership potential: You have the drive to take responsibility for a region and lead a team to success.
Work autonomously and strategically: You plan your activities independently, set clear goals, and find smart ways to further establish Salonkee in Zurich.
Technical know‑how: A good understanding of technical concepts and solid experience with CRM systems.
Strong communicator: Near-native German and good English for communication with customers and colleagues.
Mobile and flexible: A driver’s license is essential for the intensive on-site work.
