You independently manage our campaigns on social networks — primarily on Meta and TikTok — and are responsible for a substantially seven-figure media budget.
Together with the Creative team, you develop new ad concepts, ensure their execution through project management, and communicate with agency partners.
With your cross-channel expertise and understanding of attribution, you evaluate campaign results and optimize our budget allocation.
When problems arise, you independently look for solutions — whether within the ad managers, in TripleWhale, or in Google Analytics.
You act as a sparring partner to the founding team and plan further growth on the channels you manage. In doing so, you gain deep insight into the company’s financial metrics.
Requirements
You have at least three years of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok and are familiar with the particularities and challenges of a D2C brand.
You have previously managed significant six
or seven-figure monthly budgets and can demonstrate this experience.
You have experience designing and evaluating ad concepts to collaborate with creatives in exploring new approaches and unlocking hidden potential.
You have strong numerical literacy and are proficient with Google Analytics and other tools in the paid social ecosystem.
You have experience with attribution tools such as Klar & TripleWhale, can interpret their metrics, and use them to optimize your campaigns.
If there are tracking issues with Meta/TikTok pixels or the Conversion API, you can identify root causes and implement quick fixes.
You have excellent German and English language skills and can present your initiatives clearly to all colleagues.
