Lead a high-performing billing team responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant billing services across the firm
Act as a key point of contact for Billing matters, providing subject matter expertise across client billing portals and the Elite 3E e‑Billing Hub
Work closely with the OTC Manager, Partners and regional finance teams to support working capital objectives
Coach and motivate your team through peak workloads, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement across billing processes
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a Billing or Billing Team Lead role within a law firm or professional services environment
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams, including managing workload peaks and performance
Strong experience supporting Partners and fee earners in achieving billing and working capital targets
Experience working with Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise or a similar practice management system
Hands‑on experience across multiple e‑Billing platforms and client portals
Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes, billing compliance and client SLAs
Excellent attention to detail with a consistently high level of accuracy
Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Partner level.
