Serve as the primary liaison between the CIO organization and USA Market leadership, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration
Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes
Drive adoption of CIO technology solutions and champion digital transformation efforts across the market
Oversee the portfolio of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and strategic alignment
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and proactively manage risks
Lead organizational change initiatives to support new technologies and processes
Act as an advocate for innovation, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT consulting, or similar leadership roles
Proven track record in digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise IT environments
Strong portfolio and project management skills
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated success collaborating with business leaders to implement impactful technology solutions
Fluency in English
Ability to travel to Kyndryl corporate locations 20-30%, as needed
